Can be served over pasta, salad or as a dip for veggies!
What you'll need:
1 ripe avocado
1 tbs lemon juice (keeps the avocado from turning brown)
1/4 cup tahini
2-3 tbs cilantro (more if you like taste)
dash of salt and black pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in small food processor and pulse until completely mixed.
