These were amazing; tasted just like meatballs.

What you'll need:
1 8oz package of firm tofu (drained)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves of garlic cloves minced
1 tsp mustard (I used Dijon)
1 tbs Tamari
1/2 cup flax meal
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and form into small balls. Heat a small amount of oil (I used coconut) in pan. Fry tofu balls, and turn on occasion until brown.
Serve over pasta, rice or raw zucchini noodles.
